SSAF and Tax Deductions

Is the SSAF (Student Services and Amenities Fee) tax deductable?

The Student Services and Amenities Fee may be tax-deductable for some, but not all, students.

The best resource for up-to-date information regarding education expenses and taxation, is the 'Work-related self-education expenses' page of the Australian Taxation Office website.

Please be advised that the University of Melbourne cannot give advice to students regarding Australian taxation as this is beyond the scope of University affairs.
