How can my subject materials be made accessible?
Student Equity and Disablity Services can convert your course reading material into accessible formats, such as Braille, audio, or electronic text.
You are required to register with Student Equity and Disability Services to access these services. Following a discussion regarding your support needs, your Student Equity Adviser may connect you with the accessible formatting team to discuss your course reading requirements.
We recommend giving two to four weeks' notice before semester starts to allow Student Equity and Disability Services to source materials and convert them to accessible formats in a timely manner. During semester, please allow a minimum of three days' notice.
