Setting Up Email

How do I setup my email account?

As part of the process of enrolling for the first time, you should have already set up your email account. Please try accessing your email account before continuing with the steps below.

If you cannot access your email account, you may have to create your account or reset your password from the Account Management page.  You will require your postcode (if your preferred address is in Australia) and student number. If you receive a 'verification failure', please visit our FAQ about difficulties with the Account Registration page.

Once you have entered your details correctly, you will be able to create your email account, here labelled 'Portal / Email / Central Accounts'. You will be required to set a password as part of this process.
