What is the difference between a 'Course' and a 'Subject'?
All courses and subjects currently taught at the University of Melbourne can be found in the Handbook.
Course: the degree or diploma program in which you are admitted.
Subject: one unit of study which you enrol in as part of your course.
Questions about the content of a course, or the academic requirements of a course, should be directed to the Program Director, Course Coordinator or appropriate contact nominated by the relevant academic division and listed on the course's Handbook entry.
