Academic Statements & Signatures

I do not want to send you a copy of my signature. Will you process my Academic Statement order without it?

Under privacy legislation, we cannot provide private student record information to anyone without the person's/student's identity being confirmed. To confirm your identity, we require your signature on a signed formal document. Your signature on this document would be used once you have provided your consent to release information to a third party for example. Suitable documents are your current Driver's Licence or Passport with photo identity and a signature.

Any documents that you provide are confidential and treated accordingly within the guidelines of the University of Melbourne Privacy Policy under the Information Privacy Act 2000 (Vic).
