Fee payment methods
How do I pay my fees?
Pay my invoice (all enrolled students - domestic and international)
An email will be sent to your University email account to inform you when your Student Invoice is issued. The email includes instructions on how to access your Student Invoice.
You can pay your tuition fees or student contributions using one of the listed methods below.

A non-refundable surcharge fee applies for all Visa and MasterCard payments. The surcharge fee is an unavoidable cost that will be passed onto the cardholder, and will be clearly displayed when you process your payment.

Receipt of payment
Payments made will take the following days to be received by the University and credited to your student account:
- BPAY: 1 - 2 business days
- Credit Cards: 1 - 2 business days
- Telegraphic Transfer: Up to 7 business days
If your payment still has not been recorded after 7 days, forward a copy of the telegraphic transfer remittance advice from your bank to the University by email:

What is BPAY?
A Bill Payment (or BPAY for short) is a bill payment service which enables bill payers to transfer funds electronically from their Australian bank accounts to billers.
How does BPAY work?
- Log on to your online, mobile, or over-the-phone banking service
- Look for the BPAY logo and Biller Code on your University of Melbourne invoice
- Enter the required information - usually the biller code, customer reference number, payment amount and date.
- Pay your bill.
My bank has a daily limit on my BPay, can I pay my fees over more than one day?
Yes, you can, providing the owing amount is paid in full by the payment due date.
